A problem, a question, an idea? Write to[email protected]. A real person answers, usually within a few days.
To help us be quick, include your phone model, its version (iOS or Android) and what you did just before. Never send a password or a sign-in code: we will never ask for them.
Frequently asked questions
- Delete my account. In the app: Settings, Delete my account. Without the app:the deletion page.
- Get my data. Write to us from your account's e-mail address saying "export of my data": we answer within one month.
- I did not get my sign-in code. Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code. A code expires quickly.
- Join a Household. Open the Invite Link you received; otherwise, in the app, tap "Join with a code" and enter the code.
- Leave or delete a Household. In the app, Settings, then the section named after your Household.
